After successfully completing this module, you should be able to:
· Identify and evaluate the uses of standardized, simulated, real patients and teaching associates in health professions education and assessment
· Evaluate the evidence and theory supporting the use of these modalities in health professions education, assessment and research
· Develop an SP activity for educational and/or assessment purposes
· Appreciate the potential contributions of these varied educators to health professions education and their potential future impact
